All of a sudden, when I play a file, BIAB plays two copies of the audio, very slightly staggered. Any ideas?

When you say audio, do you mean a vocal track, or a real track? Because I thought I was having the same problem, it turned out I was using Real Tracks at too slow of a tempo. (i.e. real guitar 130, at like 85 b.p.m.)

In the main BIAB window, I have created a song. Then I hit the play button and two of the same audio tracks play, just a hair apart. If I save as a MIDI file, BIAB saves it that way.

Did you save a rendered wave file in the same folder as your BIAB file.
Happens to me when I render. I simply move the rendered file to another folder

Yes, you may have rendered the song to .wav file at some point and the .wav is in the same folder as your bb song and has the same name only with the .wav suffix.
BB will load any .wav file with the same name as the BB file when it loads the song, onto the RH Audio track.
Move the file out of the folder with the song or rename the .wav file.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
