This year Norway is celebrating the 200 years anniversary for the constitution of 1814, and I was asked to make a "simple" song for the children in my region, a song to sing on the national day. So what… …well, I opened BiaB and went looking for a "celebrating" style, and ended up with this: 200 år / 200 years Definitly not traditional norwegian music – but with so much musical joy and fun! And living in times of conflicts and tense – as many of you, I have people from conflict-areas from many parts of the world living in my neighborhood – is there any better way to celebrate freedom and life, than with the joyful music from New Orleans? dani48 Veteran Joined: Mar 2013 Posts: 4,477 Kyrkslätt, Finland	Hei Molsenhouse, min Norske broder !:)) Din låt är mycket fin och enligt meg passar den alldeles förträffligt för ändamålet !:)) Gratulerar alla Norrmän med anledning av jubiléet( jag heter själv Dan Norman Wibe) alltefter mina norska morföräldrar hemma fra Drammen !:)) Min oldemor var i tiden aktiv i Norske foreningen i Finland och 17 de maj brukade firas på Ursula i Brunnsparken ( ett av Helsingfors äldsta utecafeterier ) ! Har inte glömt tiderna med Gudbrandsdalsost och Kransekake (något av det bästa Norge har presterat )! Cheers Dani

Va kul att du är lite norsk – intercandinaver, det är väl vad vi är! :-) Själv har jag lite finskt blod tillbaks från finnskogarna, men det är långt tillbaks. Tack för att du lyssnade och goda ord om sången. Den 17. maj skal alla korps och barn i skolan i våran region sjunga den for första gången – det blir kul! Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first?
