Enjoy listening to the sound of the guitar, each note was played very precisely and clear but you was able to retain the feel of the song. Nicely recorded too. Your playing reminds me of Ian McCutcheon's - being such a Shadows fan you must have encountered him along the way? We used to be neighbours in the 60s in Kenilworth, although he went the Hank route and I went the Jeff Beck route back then! So many times when excessive reverb is used, it cheapens the sound of a song ... makes it sound cheesy. That's not the case here. Its a Hank spec Strat and I guess it does give "that sound" to this track but is quite a versatile guitar, tonewise. I know Mac well - we both play at the Warwick Club. Oversoaking with the reverb can ruin many a good tune, but was intentional here to get that "tinkly" musical box sound. Glad you liked it. I hope Di's health is improving. Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first?
