Hello, everybody

This is a broken-hearted love ballad.
I wrote this song based on my painful experience when I was young.
Comments encouraged.
Have at it.

Best Regards.

Summary of lyrics

You taught me the joy of love
And then suffering of jealousy
I can’t manage this love any longer
I must go to find a dumping place of it

My only mistake
It is loving you
It is having been fascinated
By your beauty unexpectedly

My heart is shut down by gloomy feelings
I can't find any place to go
I do hate your caprice
And I do hate your innocence

My feelings to love you are still the same
But I can’t do it anymore
To pretend not to look at your flirts
Or to believe in your lies to ease my mind

You slit deeply
My wound made by this love
Each time you hurt me
You showed much gentleness to melt my heart

Your smiling is the usual way
How many times have I been deceived?
I can’t extend any more
To say farewell words to you

In order to recover from miserable love
In order to save my heart
I must say goodbye to you
I must say my last words of love to you

Shigeki

A warm introduction lead the way for a really nice song, delivered through a gentle melody.

Nice work.

Shigeki,

A very enjoyable ballad with nice warm vocals and very smooth production.
Your lyrics capture the torture of young love and the feeling comes through in your delivery.

Absolutely beautiful, Shigeki! Knocked it out of the park, as always! That must've been one heck of a break-up to make a song this good... It worked, though!

This is a lovely production with a genuinely heartfelt vocal. The production sounds
very lush on our monitors and supports the vocal well.

The melody is very engaging.

We enjoyed it!

Shigeki, absolutely beautiful! I can feel the emotion in the vocal and the production is fantastic! Isn't it ironic that the most beautiful art often comes out of pain? Thanks for sharing. Take care, Torrey

Nice! Love your vocal. It doesn't matter that I don't understand what you are singing, the tone of your voice, the delivery, and the melody carry the song.

Shigeki Adachi,

You've done it again! This is beautiful... the vocals are first class and the arrangement is outstanding. Your chord progression is one of the most adventurous and inventive that I've heard on the forum. You've done a really great job composing this.

Regards,
Noel

Hello, Noel

Thank you very much for taking the time to listen and comment.
I much appreciate your continuous supports and your kind comments every time.
I am so glad to hear you enjoyed my singing and chord progression.
I have been strongly influenced by French singer, Charles Aznavour.
All the way how to write lyrics, how to compose music, and how to sing songs.
About my arrangement, I have often modeled my manners after French arranger, Paul Mauriat's.

Best Regards.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
