Hoffe es kann mir wer helfen habe eine ältere Version von Acrobat 8 hatte ebenso neue Version installiert nun die neue Version entfernt seit dieser Zeit kann ich in der Notation nichts mehr erkennen, schwarzer Bildschirm.

Wo genau hast du einen schwarzen Bildschirm, Im Notationsfenster von "Band in a Box" direkt oder in Acrobat, wenn du dir PDF-Dateien aus Band in a Box anschaust?. Welche Version von Band in a Box hast du und ist das unter Windows oder auf dem Mac?

Also ich habe Band in a Box 2017 und ich habe das Probleme in der anzeige Notation, d.h. wenn ich die Notation öffne. Nicht in der PDF Anzeige. Vielen Dank für Deine Hilfe. LG Curly
Ok. Das ist ungewöhnlich und von solch einem Fehlerverhalten habe ich bislang nichts gehört. Und du sagst, der Chord Sheet View ist ok (also das Fenster, in dem du die Akkordnamen direkt in die Takte eingeben kannst)? Das das mit der Acrobatinstallation zusammenhängt, scheint mir eher nicht der Fall, aber man weiß ja nie ... Schau mal, ob evtl. die PG-Schriften nicht oder unvollständig im Windows-Font-Ordner installiert sind. Das sollten sein: PgChords.ttf BigBandChord.ttf Pgjazz_.ttf Pgmus.ttf Pgtext.ttf Pgtextj_.ttf Pgtextje.pdf RealScoreChord.ttf

Aber der Chordsheet View funktioniert, nur der Notationview ist schwarz? Kannst Du mal einen Screenshot vom BiaB-Fenster machen und das hier posten (jpgs oder pngs kannst du über den blauen Text File Manager gleiche unter dem Post-Eingabefeld anhängen)-

Hallo Curly, das ist ein Fall für den Support! Das ist mir noch nie begegnet und ich habe auch im Forum nichts Vergleichbares gefunden. Dass das nach der Deinstallation von Acrobat aufgetaucht ist, macht es ja besonders mysteriös. Und auch dass es nach einer kompletten Neuinstallation von BiaB immer noch nicht geht, ist merkwürdig. Es könnte vielleicht noch ein Problem mit deinem Grafikkartentreiber vorliegen. Hast du den mal aktualisiert? Setze das Problem entweder nochmal in das Englische Forum oder schreibe eine Mail an support@pgmusic.com. Das PGMusic-Support-Team ist sehr hilfsbereit! Ich habe keinen Plan, was das sein könnte.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
