Alan, That guitar delay effect really spirals around between my ears; its all smooth and very well produced.
Robert Good afternoon, Robert ... I loved enjoyed the first half of your comment. The guitar spiraling around in your ears is exactly what where I was once I got the first several measures finished. I'm very happy you enjoyed it ... thanks for letting me know! best to you. Be safe ... Alan

Alan,
The punky rhythm is so nice. The guitar delay effect really fits this tune. The chord progression is wonderful as usual.
By the way, does this pink lemonade contain alcohol? For me, I definitely want to mix gin to it and drink it by the poolside during the summer daytime. Of course, at that time, while playing this tune.
Enjoyed my listen a lot.
Best regards.
Shigeki Adachi Hi Shigeki ... I truly appreciate your very nice comments! I'm sure I can find something to spice up the pink lemonade! Sitting by the pool, cool drink in hand, and listening to some music sounds liker a good way to spend some time! Thank you so much. Take care and please be safe ... Alan

Alan - I really dug that laid back jazzy pop arrangement. You've got a great groove going with the backing track and that guitar just glides right in there like a nine ball dropping into the corner pocket - swish. Smooth, smart, snazzy.

As fj said: "My rubber stamp comment: YOU ARE SO GOOD AT THIS!!" A lot of effort doesn't always but in this case it assuredly resulted in a LOT of goodness. It all sounds great on our monitors. Nice open soundstage. Excellent and thanks for the reminder we got of lemonade stands J&B BTW, that RT has a Direct Input option which you likely know means you can start with a dry trck and put your own amp sim, other effects, etc., on it. FWIW

Wow, that guitar sounds real (well, more real than our other real band sounds). Good arrangement. You have master over the band which is no small task.

Dear Alan,
no doubt that your songs belonged to the music I missed most during my absence here.
This one is a treat - you always hit my taste right in the heart. Love that chord progression and the funkiness of the whole thing.
Hope that Di and you are in good health.
All the best,
Stefan

FWIW Hey You two ... Thanks for the visit and listen. Your words about my music always lift me up and put a big smile on my face. Thanks for that! Yes, I'm aware of the direct input, but thanks for the reminder. But I have no third party resources ... if I can't do it in BIAB and Audacity, it doesn't happen. But, I've learned to get some pretty good results on occasion with those limited resources. At least, I think so. Ya'll take care and be safe ... Alan

All the best,
Stefan Hi Stefan ... Will be sending you a PM in the next day or two. I've not had time to write a proper note yet. But I will real soon. Di and I are just heart-broken to hear about Maha. We'll keep her in our prayers ... as well as you for your visual issues. As we've discussed in the past, that's my professional background and I have a good understanding of what's going on with your vision. Thank you for your very nice comments about the song. I kinda like this one, too. I'm glad it hit you in the heart of your musical taste. That's a very nice compliment ... thank you! As I said, I'll send you a proper message in the next day or two and tell you more about what's going on with us. Take care. Give Maha a big hug for Di and me. Be safe, my dear friend. Alan & Di

Nice tones; great arrangement; very engaging. Effective blend of echo-delay-reverb. Well worth the effort you put in.
My music may not set the world on fire but if it causes a glow in just one person's heart, it has all been worthwhile

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
