Just posting to say hello to everyone after being gone for a while. My 2020 BIAB Aduiophile for Mac quit working on me a while back. You is everyone?

Good to see your post. You've been missed.
I'm sorry to read about your Audiophile hard drive failing. Hopefully you have back ups of the AIFF audio files. You should be able to download everything else from your online PG Music account.
I'm looking forward to reading your posts once again.

Hi Island Soul, good to have you back! Was it the hard drive that stopped working, or just BIAB not opening? We noticed you have a 2020 Mac version - perhaps you upgraded to Big Sur and didn't have the patch - in that case you can download the update from here: https://www.pgmusic.com/support_macintoshupdates.htm#2020_423If it is indeed your hard drive that has failed, please contact us at support@pgmusic.com or via the live chat system - we'll help you get it going if we can, otherwise your drive is under warranty and we can send a replacement if necessary.
