Zhlédl jsem doporučovanou celou sérii videí na Groove pro BIAB a začal jsem uvažovat o změně v práci s programy PGMUSIC. Dříve jsem se hodně soustředil na práci s RealBandem. Pak jsem to používal ve Studiu One. Nyní je zajímavé použít plugin BIAB ve Studiu One a jak s pluginem pracovat optimálním způsobem je vysvětleno ve videích.

Zdravím Tě, Zdenku.
Na Tvé doporučení jsem se podíval na ukázkové video na Groove3.
Zjistil jsem ale, že tam nejsou titulky.
Zkoušel jsem i z videa vytáhnout jen zpomalený zvuk, ale převod zvuku (ani v angličtině) se mi vždycky zasekl tak po třech větách.
Dá se, podle Tebe porozumět videím i bez překladu? Možná kdyby to bylo v ruštině... :-).

Docela všechno pochopit, to já nezvládnu, ale pokud se ukazuje víc než mluví, tak něco pochopím a co nepochopím, tak vím, na co se mám kouknout v online manuálech v záložce "Support", které si Googlem přeložím. A něco vyzkouším a pak třeba i pochopím. Kecacími videi se nezabývám. Pdfkové manuály převedu do wordu a tam si manuál nechám přeložit.

Tak to jsme na tom podobně. Jenom mám ještě zkušenosti ze starýho Atari v 90. letech, snad jednoho z mála, kterej byl určen hlavně na muziku. Tam jsem dedukoval spoustu programů (tehdy bez internetu), asi po dvou letech jsem sehnal manuály na Kladně, kde byli nadšenci Atari a zjistil jsem, že jsem spoustu funkcí neobjevil. Vždycky jsem tam hledal hlavně to, co jsem si myslel, že by to mohlo umět. Buď jsem naš našel nebo kombinoval.
Když jsem s Atari dělal první zpěvníky pro Žalmana, tak jsem kombinoval 4 programy - grafiku, noty a texty. To bylo dobrodružství :-).
Proto si vlastně teď hledám pokud možno všechny možný informace, aby mi něco neuteklo.
Asi před 2 lety jsem byl v "nejmenovaným" studiu, zvukař mi ukazoval mašinky a pak si posteskl, že ty tutorialy jsou všechny v angličtině a že si to musí větu po větě z ang. titulků přepisovat do translatoru. Když jsem mu ukázal jak to jde překládat, tak mě málem nosil na rukou a že jsem mu prodloužil život o pár tejdnů... :-)
Ale děkuju. Aspoň jsem teď díky tomu hledání objevil funkci letmýho přepisu videa bez titulků. Sice v angličtině, ale lepší než rozklíčovávat americký nebo kanadský dialekty.

Ahoj Matěji, dělám to podobně jako Zdeněk, občas, když někdo něco potřebuje tak to popíšu česky zde: https://wiki.zabukem.eu/s7. Bohužel sám Band-in-a-Box® používám hlavně na MAC hlavně k rychlému aranžování pro vlastní kapelu a celou řadu funkcí nevyužívám, ale snažím se je minimálně jako dealer PG Music v ČR aspoň hrubě pochopit k čemu jsou dobré. Pokud jsou to videa na Youtube, což u originálních videí PG je 100% určitě aspoň pro mne je zapnutí automatických titulků dostačující a následně je tak jak napal Zdeněk dobré si vše odzkoušet v reále a podívat co to ve skutečnosti páchá. Samozřejmě mám dost prostoru s Tebou cokoliv probrat a případně přes anglická fóra se zeptat spousty hodně aktivních uživatelů i vývojářů jak se co prakticky dělá. Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
