Hello Folks! I have been listening to my compositions in Real Band through my JBL Tune 110BT bluetooth headphones.
Suddenly the sound is only coming through one earphone - the same headphones work fine on Band in a Box, YT etc.
I have re-installed RB, the headphones, paired and unpaired...all to no avail.
Any ideas anyone/ a checklist I should go through? Many thanks.
UPDATE: When the driver type is MME and I choose my headphones as the output the sound comes through on both - but very grainy and unfit for listening. When I go back to the Windows Driver, the sound resorts back to one ear phone only.

UPDATE below... Panning all good. There is a Mono button on the mixer? I know some Real Tracks are in Mono, some in Stereo. I can't change that as far as I am aware...
UPDATE: online research shows the Mono Button - but I cannot see it on my Mixer Panel...

Right! Thanks! After a bit of faffing and dragging around I could indeed see it. Useful to know. Mono wasn't ticked however. So still looking for an answer....
In your audio settings, make sure your Bluetooth headset is not selected as the input device. This typically causes the Bluetooth headphones to go into "phone call" mode, which reduces sample rate and goes to Mono.
You may need to change the Windows audio settings as well, in case something else in Windows is trying to use the mic on the headphones.
thanks for your advice. I tried different headphones - same problem. By chance I came across the solution: In the Drivers Option in Preferences I found that my input/output mode was in SHARED MODE. I changed it to EXLCUSIVE MODE and bingo - sound comes out of both ear phones again!

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
