Newbie here and I am trying to find out what Realtrack sets I have. Back in November I bought the Mega pack. In December, when 2024 version came out I upgraded and decided to upgrade to Ultra Plus Pack. I installed everything thru the Install Manager and when I go into the Help menu of BIAB and select What add-ons do I have, there are about 20 add-ons not found under Realband sets. I've checked install paths and done the rebuild option but still the same results. As an example, the sets that the programs states I do not have under Realband are sets 3-Swingin' Country and set 4-Modern Country. Anyone know if these are part of the UltraPak plus or are these additional purchases? Thank you

Welcome to the forum. I have seen this happen early in testing BIAB 2024, and I recall an update fixed it. Have you applied the latest patch, located here? https://www.pgmusic.com/support_windowsupdates.htm#1108If you have, then I recommend you first try Options, Return to Factory Settings. This is the first diagnostic step to try when BIAB does not do what it is supposed to do. If you are still missing these sets, write back. We are fellow users but on occasion a PG Music staff member will see these posts. If not, a few of us can notify them more directly.

To download specific RealTracks Sets from your UltraPAK+ purchase, you would head back to your download page (sent to you in your order confirmation email), and choose the " Show all available download files for this product below" option - from there you will see a listing for "RealTracks Sets 1-6 (Windows)" - that's the one you'll want to download & install again (making sure the program is closed while running the installation). The included files in the Sets you'd mentioned installations are: RealTracks Set 3: Swingin' Country Guitar, Acoustic, Fingerpicking Hank Sw 165 Guitar, Acoustic, Fingerpicking Hank Sw 190 Guitar, Acoustic, Strumming Hank Sw 120 Guitar, Acoustic, Strumming Hank Sw 165 Guitar, Acoustic, Strumming Hank Sw 190 Pedal Steel, Background Hank Sw 120 Pedal Steel, Background Hank Sw 190 RealTracks Set 4: Modern Country Guitar, Resonator, Background Trav Ev 088 Bass, Electric, Country DoubleTime Ev 088 Guitar, Acoustic, Strumming DoubleTime Ev 088 Guitar, Acoustic, Strumming Syncopated Sugar Ev 102 Guitar, Electric, Rhythm Syncopated Sugar Ev 102 And, of course download and install the latest patch at https://www.pgmusic.com/support_windowsupdates.htm#1108.After that, open up the program and follow the rebuild prompt(s), then head to Help | What Add-ons.... to see if it's all been located. Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
