A pretty cool story that you tell in the best possible way.
I guess that's what they call a cowboy song.
There aren't many cowboys around here in my neck of the woods.

Hey Dewey, this is a great song man.
Very touching and heartfelt. Coming straight out of life itself.
It definitely has that feel of authenticity like you're not making it up, so it sounds like a real song from the heart, if that makes any sense.
Great vocals too.

That’s a very tender love song and your vocal is full of emotion.
The fiddle is there in all the right places.
Those first two lines of the lyric let us know that was a good one.
