Ezekiel, IMHO this is your best to date. I liked Sam the song and I know I would like your friend Sam. The choir and Sam's speech were perfect - brilliant! Outstanding backing band. Super groove and mix. Loved it. Thanks, Mario. Yes, Sam's a great guy.

Hi Scott,
Immediatly I got a picture of 'Sam' being your teacher and you couldn't do anything right in his eyes. Take this for example of my thoughts: Your essay is unintentionally comical Sam: "Your arguments are absurdly illogical You’ve barely the skill you need to get by Oh, for God’s sake, don’t start to cry"
My father was a teacher, but he saw us as his students. And the quote above could have been from him (to us)
But I really liked your song and the 'agressive' way you scaped your song. That's also why I thought Sam was not your friend at all. However, even these types of teachers can still put a smile on your face (when looking back). But maybe I missed the point...
Hans Btw: awsome how you achieved that choir!

Absolutely fantastic. I may not know Sam, but I get it. What a great tribute to your friend. I’ll bet the rest of the crowd were amazed at your creative talent. What a great way to use it, Tom Thank you, Tom. That is nice of you to say.

Oh, this is terrific, Scott, and I can hear everyone randomly singing this as they walk the halls. I can only imaginew the reactions of those who know you and Sam. Dang, this song makes me wanna fly over just to meet you guys. You paint an inviting picture, Scott. Much enjoyed. Thanks, Marty. The reaction was howls of laughter.

Wonderful work Scott! You've created a huge sound that I would think you spent a lot of time creating! Love the 19th century man line! Take care, TB

Haha Scott. He sounds like a comedian. Every workplace needs one.
My favourite lines: I love my birds. I want a duckery. I cannot stand any dumbfuckery
Vic Vic, thanks for taking the time to listen and comment!

Hahahaha. Nice portrait. And bonus points for the "duckery" line - it really is a thing! I now have an image of Shakespeare being performed by a paddling of ducks, with Hamlet quacking to Ophelia "Get thee to a duckery!Tanks, David. I told same your comment about "Get thee to a duckery" and he loved it!

Hans Btw: awsome how you achieved that choir! Hans, thanks for the comments. There is a lot of exaggeration in the song and things that I tease Sam about. He is not literally like this, although he is shades of the song.

This is a delight!
We both have sisters who retired from teaching and Janice’s sister and Sam sound like they are two peas in a pod.
Your vocals sound great, the lyric is a hoot and the band is just plain fun.
Great arrangement and production all the way around.
Loved it!

Scott,
This is my all time favorite from you... Dynamic and fresh - so original. This is really special.
Bob Scott ... I fully agree with Bob. This song is so good in so many ways. I can only try to imagine the amount of work it took to mix all those backing tracks. As busy as they are, they don't detract from your excellent vocals and lyric. The various changes throughout keep it fresh from start to finish. This is a great piece of music! Best to you, Alan

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
