Hi All,

Here's something called AEROMAN.

I sent you a message
Came across all the wires
I hope that you read it
Before it expires

I’m here on the north face
Your somewhere downtown
It feels like a century
Oh since you’ve been around

If I was an aeroman
I could take off and land
If you had the wings
In your hands

I’m high on this mountain
I can’t help looking down
If you would only come up
I would fly you around

When we lived on the park side
We would walk in the dark
With our feet on the ground
Around Battery Park

If I was an aeroman
I could take off and land
If you had the wings
In your hands

BIAB Tracks:
4196: Guitar, Acoustic, Rhythm Ev 100
3912:Guitar, Nylon, DADGAD Ev16 085
2811: Piano, Acoustic, Rhythm Ev 085
0700: Bass, Electric, PopHalfNotes Ev 085
1805: MIDI SuperTracks, Synth Pad
RealDrums: Mallets and Cajon

As always - thanks for listening!

Bob

Hey Bob,

Another great atmospheric, ambient, poetic and thought-provoking piece.

You certainly have a complete 100% signature sound and lyrical stamp as an artist!!

😁

P.S. I know you don't want to do any spoiler alerts, but is there going to be a song in the future where your character finally leaves Chelsea and ends up at a Sunday school picnic in Charleston, South Carolina where he's happily in love with a beautiful blonde woman wearing a polka dot dress and they're going to move into a little house with pink roses and a white picket fence and live happily ever after forever going to Vacation Bible School??

Bob,

You have a way with words! Such a great lyric. Love the strings on the choruses. The wood block in the percussion track is a perfect fit for the song. Just way too good!

Best to you,

Alan

Very nice track Bob. I like Floyd's description of a mini-movie. I thought you did a great job on the build with this one too.

I really like the laid-back band you have chosen for this one! Kind of like a slower tempo Neil Young tune!
The melody in that beautiful chorus is wonderful!
Another very fine tune Bob!

Take care, TB

Bob, beautiful write, beautifully performed. Really love the vocal treatment on the chorus (doubled lead + distant harmony?) Just heartbreakingly beautiful. Have I said this song is beautiful? Well, it needs to be said more than once. Nice one!!

Hi, Bob.

It's like I walked into a coffeehouse and found one of the last folkies. Your lyrics are like sketches - economical, each line giving a bit more detail to the picture.

Love it! laugh

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?

David Snyder coined it right, Bob Dean The Song-Writting Machine. Man, every one is so good, Bob, and they stand tall and proud on their own. I'll also quote David Cuny: "Your lyrics are like sketches - economical, each line giving a bit more detail to the picture."
And you create such cool images with your words and music. The Showcase Forum is my favorite coffeehouse.

Enjoy whatever happens!

The band is perfect for this. I imagined myself walking past a long mural on a long city wall and humming the melody while looking at painting. Another very poetic piece delivered in your unique and effective style. Loved it, Tom

For the larger Band-in-a-Box® packages (UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, Audiophile Edition), the hard drive backup copy is available for only $25. This will include a preinstalled and ready to use program, along with your installation files.

Backup copies are offered during the checkout process on our website.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
