A song I wrote, with BIAB's invaluable assistance, in 2023. I don't have the BIAB instruments file any longer, so can't tell you who's playing, etc.  . I posted this song on here, at the time of writing it - however, I have, just this morning, created a video for the song, and thought I'd share it with you. All comments are very welcome - thanks!  ONE MORE DANCE (lyrics) I know you're never coming back to me I know that you're finally gone; I know it's only you I lack, you see, And yet, I've never been so alone. I check my email inbox every single day I look to see if you just wrote; My hope is just a waste in every single way, You know, I've never been so broke. So I'm moving on ... Ah, you have a inimitable style, James. Cool video, too. You speak these lyrics, yet have pitch and imply a wonderful melody to wrap around those chord changes. I always like the way you songs move, as well as how moving they are. Well done, my friend.

Hi James,
The song is really "ÿou".
The sound that is so typical for you, spoken word, touching, impressive.
You could easily understand what this is about, if you would just see the video, without hearing the song.

This is you! You left this path for a while, but I am glad you returned to it. This is you! (as I said before).
Very sensitive and heartfelt.
I only heard one little thing in the beginning that was 'out of rhythm'. It's about your spoken words.
You had to say so much, that the words were fighting with the melody. Do you hear that too?
But beside this minor thing as I said before. This is you and I love that!

Thanks, Hans. Yes, there's a glut of words at the beginning - good that you noticed that. To be honest, though, I'm not re-recording this - I'm quite happy with this "as is", which means that I'm scared I'll "break it" if I try again . I'm really glad that you enjoyed the song, though - thanks!
