1st of all I know you will get more responses if you post your inquiry on the Off-Topic or even BIAB forums.

But I think the answer to your question is that when choosing Real Combos or the instruments/realtracks for a "real combo" you want to put together the style should not matter as the style default would be that of the realtracks, be they in a real combo or chosen as individuals to make up the real combo.

I hope you grasped my attempt to answer your question as even to me my answer sounded like some lawyer type's response in a court of law.
