I would set the Time Signature map to reflect your desired time signatures. It's called Meter Window in PT/RB. As Mac mentioned; also any tempo changes that may be required should be in the Tempo Map (Tempo window).
Then select your Realdrums and generate. I've done this many times in RB and PT should handle it much the same.
Make your sound your own!

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
