I didn't know the all-in-one's, like a Dell XPS 27 had any buss "slots," disregarding USB & HDMI ports, let alone an ISA slot??

Are you really looking for a USB TO ISA adapter for the SCC-1? That makes more sense to me unless my meds have confused me again.

They also make those types of adapters BUT they ARE NOT $25 more like $150 and you'll (probably) want an enclosure, and possible power supply hook-up lines (+/- 5vdc and +/- 12Vdc)
