The 'wav' files (tracks) will need to be regenerated in RB. If true audio is brought into RB it will not automatically change with the new Chord changes.

That is another difference between RB and BiaB.
Since RB is linear, the audio is written once as a stream and played back when play is hit regardless of changes to the Chords window.
Audio will need to be regenerated after changing the chord structure in order to match.

Whereas BiaB regenerates the parts every time Play is hit, RB does not; it keeps the previous take unless you tell it to regenerate the track(s).
