Not familiar with your Korg, but there might some MIDI settings on the keyboard you can make to get multi-channel input. You'll probably have to look through the user's manual.

Also, because it is an external device, that is where the sound is going to come from (if you want the Korg sounds). You would have to reroute the Korg audio (either from the headphone jack or line-out jacks) back into your sound card if you want to record those sounds or listen to them on your computer. The (USB) MIDI interface between the computer and the Kord does not transport the actual sounds to your computer, only the MIDI data associated with it.
