Hi, this is "Balalaïka", an unpretentious ditty that relates the fictional story of Gaston, an unmarried middle-age guy who found a fiancée on the Web and crossed the ocean from St-Pierre to La Rochelle to meet her. But she could be otherwise than the woman he expected... I don't put the french lyrics, not because they used some typical expressions from St-Pierre et Miquelon, but because the summary is sufficient.

If you want to shorten the tune, skip to about 2:30 and listen to the solo of celtic fiddle. I love it, it gives me the desire to dance.

The style is _BLUGRSF.STY where I have kept the basse (RT427), the banjo (RT426), the guitar (RT431), the violon (RT428)
I added the RD Nashville Even8 and the soloist Celtic Fiddle (RT2549).

The best

Pascal

No hay banda! There is no band! Il n'est pas de orchestra!
No hay banda! And yet we hear a band !
