PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ! - can we finally have a Piano-Roll MIDI editor in BIAB 2017 OSX for user melody tracks . The facility to be able to create and edit a MIDI melody at the same time as working on and composing a chord-arrangement in BIAB would be SO useful. We need all the typical MID edit facilities one finds in DAWs.

Now that BIAB has the new lead-sheet features - to be able to hone a MIDI melody - along the chords - then maybe eventually play-in a recording of an audio version of it on an audio track - say on guitar or sax - would be such a time-saver and workflow enhancement. And a whole deal quicker than working on MIDI compositions in a DAW - or - as I have done - trying to synchronise BIAB to a DAW and have BIAB do the chords while penning a MIDI tune in the OSX DAW.... it .... sort of works - but with many limitations - such as start-stop MIDI transport control only working **one** way ( from BIAB to the DAW and not the other way around )
