Not really sure the right word is realistic. Can't get much more realistic than recording an acoustic drum set being played by a professional session drummer/percussionist.

But I get your point.

With a MIDI drum track, you can definitely export to a MIDI file and then break out the individual drum parts in your DAW. But, as has been said, a RealDrum track is just an audio recording in various styles, but played by real live drummers on real acoustic drum sets. But yes, everything is on the one stereo audio track, so you can't split that apart.
