Does this issue affect all your songs or just this one MIDI file? If it's just the MIDI file could you email that to support@pgmusic.com with a brief description of the issue? We can test it out on our systems and see if we can determine why the program would have an issue printing the file.

If the issue affects more than that file you'd want to try returning your program to factory settings. You can close PowerTracks, then go to the PT folder (usually C:\pt) and delete two files: PTPA.CFG and PTW.ini. Then restart the program with all the default settings and see if printing works.
