I often use EastWest Symphonic Orchestra in my songs.
Because the sounds are rich and gorgeous and it is very easy to use.
The adjustment of volume is available by velocity and the changes of articulations by keyboard switch.
But there are also the weak points.
The crescendo and decrescendo of long notes cannot get the changes of tones.
The dry sounds are not available because the sounds already contain the hall reverb.
The number of string players are too many to be suitable for the chamber ensemble or pop strings.


That's my biggest issue with the East West library as well as there are no mic feeds for the dry sounds.

I just renewed my subscription to Composer Cloud last night so I'm excited to learn how to get Symphonic Choirs to work with the lyrics I want the choir to sing. smile

Do you use any special Reverb plugins? I like Lexicon and a friend just gave me his license of Valhalla and it is incredible. I also use QSpaces which sounds amazing too but isn't as versatile as I'd like.
