There are a couple of features still missing in the Mac version, e.g. Conductor and the TC Helicon audio harmony, but I think John nailed the major difference: the addition of RealBand to the pc version.

Sure, we Mac users can download GarageBand for free now, which is nice, but it doesn't have the BIAB integration that RealBand does. However, with the past couple of releases I'm happy to say that the Mac version of BIAB has gotten so much closer to parity with the Windows version that the differences are rather negligible.
