The standard Zip extractor that comes with Windows can't handle the split zip files. You need to get a different program to do so. 7-zip is free to use (just google it), and I believe (from what I've read on the web) will unzip the split files nicely. I believe you can also use WinRAR, and of course WinZip itself, but you'll have to pay for that.
