The Horn styles (Jazz & Bossa Nova) seem to have problems with slash chords. Has anyone noticed this too?

In order to enhance the otherwise great horn styles, I sometimes freeze the rendition to my liking and copy part of the horn figures (melody only) and copy it to the soloist track, which I then set to e.g. the flute. This makes for a bigger (and hopefully more professional) sounding arrangement.

I have taken up the missing chords issue (e-g- X maj7#5, X mmaj7 etc.) up in the wish list.

However, if one changes the piano and bass to other styles (than the horns style) they will at least be included in the accompaniment. Then mute the horns and write your own "horns" (e.g. a drop 2 flute choir (= 4 flutes)) for the bars that include the missing chords.

Tonnie
