When I need something that specific I go to +++ Freesound.org +++ or just do a web search for cymbal bell sample or cymbal bell hit.

You'll still have to cut and paste. You might find that you can use one one sample, play it four times in a step sequencer to get quarter beats, copy the four quarter beats then paste ahead an eighth note to get eight beats per measure. Record the step sequence audio, provide tempo information and make the audio a loop. Then you can make tempo adjustments as needed.
