I'm not at a BIAB computer to check, but I know BIAB uses the key signature to make enharmonic decisions. Try changing the key of the original song to E instead of C and perhaps it will work. [Your tenor part should read F#]
The key of my song is already in E, however, if I change the key signature to "C" without letting it transpose the chords, the practice window does indeed display the chord changes in "F#". I don't really understand why this works, but I'm going to go with it, as it's what I wanted to accomplish. Thanks for your help. It's much appreciated.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
