I feel each product has its own area that makes the total more complete. BAIB is really great for designing music and getting ideas etc. RealBand is great as a next step in editing then move onto another DAW to chop, channel, slice and mix the stuff one has generated. Then get the mix and final bits done. I think working across platforms and getting the best out of each is the easier way to go.
