Hi,

It looks like the Sforzando is selected as the default synth, that's likely the issue. You need to use something General MIDI-compatible as the default, or Band-in-a-Box won't be able to find the sounds it needs.

If you click VST/DXi Synth Settings and change the Default Synth back to Coyote WT, that should solve the problem. You can assign Sforzando to individual tracks by assigning a Hi-Q sound to the track, it's just not suitable as the default.
