The old canard about "12 inches to a foot" or "360 degrees in a circle" being illogical is simply not true. It's based on being able to have multiple divisors without getting fractional results.

Feet and clocks are evenly divisible by 2, 3, 4, and 6. Degrees have even more factors: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, and so on.

He then goes on to talk about time signatures, which the Europeans write exactly the same.

Sigh... There's some interesting information in there, but why be so click-baity?
