That's most unusual. I've never seen this happen before. Have you been playing around repeats / endings / tags by any chance?

To be honest, rather than spending time trying to solve the problem, I'd simply start a new file ("File | New" -- this makes sure that the chordsheet is reset to default settings) and enter the chords again as there are only 17 chords.

While it's great to solve issues, sometimes as a BIAB user, I find it quicker, and makes better use of my time, to start over than it is to track down a problem.

If you have the Windows version of BIAB, you could try opening the BIAB SGU in Realband. Then save it using Realband as an SGU file with a new name. Now open that newly named file in BIAB. This 'trick' with Realband has been known to solve unusual problems like yours.
