Hi
Because the high Q require to come from the Sforzando or Sample tank synth from which they are called . these are not GM synths.
So to get a GM patch on the track instead you must remove the HQ instrument by clicking on insert midi patch but then take the top option select HQ, when the list pops up at the top you will find “no preset wanted remove /clear any current preset

Now select your midi voice patch as normal.
