As for your question, the drums are what I call a rock swing style similar to what Sinatra started using on his Live At The Sands album particularly Fly Me To The Moon. Maybe one of the drum parts from a Sinatra style might work with some serious tweaking to bump up the snare. A lot. I don't think those Sinatra drums have been broken out into drum stems yet. When it comes to something as unique as this you'll probably have to create it yourself using the midi drum grid and a good midi drum sound module.
