Yes, but I suppose other sequencers have something equivalent.

Master Tracks Pro was purchased from Passport by GVox long ago, and they let it go stagnant. I think all they really wanted was Passport's other product, Encore.

MTPro no longer works on Win10. I don't know if the Mac version works on OSX or not. …
