Hi folks --

I have sent a couple of RB support requests to the PG Music team the past 2 weeks and have not gotten even the usual "thank you for contacting" email in return.

Anyone else having difficulty getting a response? Everything OK with our fine northern neighbors? Overwhelmed with cases from folks using and learning (and sometimes testing) the RB product?

I did notice that Build 4 seems to have cured my dratted Access Violation errors. So I know they're working hard.
