On playing with RealBand further it is obvious that one doesnt ADD tracks, merely configures a fixed track to be
either MIDI or Audio.
But it is still quite tedious just to set a track to a VST instrument.
If one wants to switch a particular track from being AUDIO to a MIDI VSTi, it should be possible to do this in
a singe operation.
