Don Gaynor Veteran Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 8,987 Oklahoma, USA	dan, i experience a sort of biab saturation where my best efforts begin to sound too similar to previous work. i then realize it's time to rest my ears for awhile, sometimes for several days. it probably is similar to "writer's block" for an author. i have only recently tried my hand at writing lyrics. that's a ho nudder animal! if i was doing it for financial gain, i would soon starve to death. that's when i step back and apply the "peter (gannon) principle" and remember to "have fun!" i just saw pat's comment and he just described "synergy," or the concept that "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts." i have seen that proved true numerous times on these forums. His latest video, Next-Level AI Music Editing with ACE Studio and Band-in-a-Box, he explains in detail how you can use the Melodist feature in Band-in-a-Box with ACE Studio. Follow along as he goes from "nothing" to "something" with his Band-in-a-Box MIDI Melodist track, using ACE Studio to turn it into a vocal track (or tracks, you'll see) by adding lyrics for those notes that will trigger some amazing AI vocals!
