Noel96 Veteran Joined: Oct 2008 Posts: 18,966 Australia	Hi Danna, I run AVG free without any tweaking so I doubt that it's that that's the spanner in the works. The fact that the vstplugins directories are not be recognised is pointing towards an administrative privileges possibility. Windows protects the "program files" directories and it seems that it's not letting Reaper in. You could try turning off User Account Control (UAC) and see if that makes a difference. UAC is a brick wall. Windows will tell you that it is not advisable to turn this off, etc., but it would be an interesting experiment. You can always reactivate it after giving it a run. For what it's worth, I haven't had UAC on my system for at least 5 years (if not longer). I'd love to know the results of any success if you find it. His latest video, Next-Level AI Music Editing with ACE Studio and Band-in-a-Box, he explains in detail how you can use the Melodist feature in Band-in-a-Box with ACE Studio. Follow along as he goes from "nothing" to "something" with his Band-in-a-Box MIDI Melodist track, using ACE Studio to turn it into a vocal track (or tracks, you'll see) by adding lyrics for those notes that will trigger some amazing AI vocals!
