Try saving your midi files without midi effects (reverb, chorus) and let your DAW handle those. To make sure I get clean backing tracks, if I've created a Harmony, I always have BIAB write that to a separate track in the midi file (see midi export options in preferences).

Also, check the MIDI Resolution that BIAB is exporting to and make sure it matches the resolution of your DAW. Generally the high the better (within reason, of course), but the important part is that they match.

The actual SOUND of the track is, of course, dependent upon which the quality and instrument you assign to the track in your DAW.
