Yes. Most of my instruments do not go back that far, after many purchases and trades, except one: my vibraphone. This was used in Linda Ronstadt's band, and I bought it in 1974 from her drummer who needed the money.

As far as audio equipment, I still have two sets of Pioneer speakers I bought in the early 70s. The rest of the stereo system is updated except one thing: the Kenwood tuner. Where I live, to get FM radio of any quality, I need an outside FM antenna, rotor, booster, and a tuner with one terrific sensitivity rating, and that's my Kenwood. Still works a champ. The problem isn't the tuner, it's what's on the radio.
