From what I understand, John. That's correct. The $149 gives you a complete version of the program (not including the $49 bonuspak).

The $99 PlusPak is especially for UltraPlusPak (2016) and EverythingPak (2016) users and only provides all that's needed to get the 2016 version to have everything that the 2017 version has. Again, this does not include the $49 BonusPak.

So, if you want absolutely everything the two options are (as I understand it)....

PlusPak + BonusPak = US$148

or

UltraPlusPak + BonusPak = US$198
