If I wanted to tune my guitar down a half step (Eb,Ab,Db,Gb,Bb,Eb,is there a way of doing the same for BIAB? So that if I'm playing an E chord, the instruments in BIAB would be playing the same chord position only it would sound a half step lower.

BIAB can play in any key. Just change the BIAB key to Eb, and play along.
Thanks for the response. I understand that BIAB will play in any key. However, I want the basses and the guitars to play as if they are in the key of E when I'm playing in Eb. So they would be utilizing the 6th string open as the lowest note.
BIAB will do what you want. People who play transposing instruments such as trumpet, sax, clarinet, etc., need to do this regularly. BIAB calls this 'visual transposing'.
Firstly, Bob is 100% correct. It's necessary to set the key and transpose the chords one semitone lower in BIAB.
Secondly, go to Chord Display and select the visually transposed option for guitar that's been tuned down. This will show the chords as being one semitone higher.
The net result of this is that BIAB will play in Eb but it shows chords in E.
