Jazzman Expert Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 1,486 UK	Hi VinhSon Over the last 20 years of being a user of this fantastic program I have seen reports of so called bugs which the majority have been user computer errors - incomplete downloads - faulty installations or corrupted files etc. When I find a problem I carry out the following checks - 1. look on the forum to see if anyone else has posted the same problem - working on the principle that if it is a bug then surely many users would have the same problem 2. do a registry clean then shutdown the computer and reboot - if no result 3. try re-downloading and installing the latest update 4. or return to factory settings This saves false alarms and therefore valuable time But it would be nice to have a rolling report sheet of known confirmed bugs - it might cut down on unnecessary posts jazzman Last edited by Jazzman; 10/11/17 12:18 AM.
