Yes. Your DAW should upsample (convert) all files to the setting you choose in the DAW. It won’t change the sound quality but it will give you more mixing headroom with 24 bit.

24 bit recording is good, but in my opinion, sample rates of 96 and especially 192 are usually overkill. It’s going to be converted back to 44.1 for CD or 48 for DVD anyway.
