Yes - my hallmark open-ended question.

I will start - many of you know I really love Flamenco music, and in particular Paco De Lucia. I learned of him when listening to Al Dimeola in my youth, hearing Paco accompany Al on 1 or 2 songs. I bought a Paco album - and have been a huge fan ever since. There is more music in one of Paco's compositions than an entire Al Dimeola album.

I found this guy - Grisha Goryachev, when looking for "how to play"...videos, and am astounded at his technique. Flamenco is an aquired taste - but to my ears, this is far more than just flash, and one of Paco's breakthrough compositions - though I'm guessing some of you may find this type of playing too flashy and not 'musical' enough. Curious for you non-flamenco listeners to comment to the musical aspect.
