I hope self-promotion isn't taken hard here... I just released first part of project in which I'm using BIAB to compose uplifting commercial backing-track.

It has few hands-on tips for both mixing and composing and quite a few "do-not-do-like-i-do" statements. Hope it gives some insight on how I approach BIAB & DAW -projects. 44 minutes, so it's quite comprehensive with very little cuts.
