Working from home has many benefits but so does working in an office space. Department meetings, training and even the office Christmas party supports and builds social bonds and a company's culture. I believe most businesses will realize a mixture of the two works best for most employees and the business itself. Chatting whilst making coffee or at the water machine or the printer. It can be about work or social or about whatever else seems appropriate. Chatting cross-discipline. Absolutely. Socializing with coworkers is a very good thing, and I'm glad I have a few here. For me though, I think that the biggest benefit to working in the office is that I share a room with a lovely Yamaha grand piano that I get to play anytime I want

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
