Working from home has many benefits but so does working in an office space. Department meetings, training and even the office Christmas party supports and builds social bonds and a company's culture. I believe most businesses will realize a mixture of the two works best for most employees and the business itself.

Absolutely. Socializing with coworkers is a very good thing, and I'm glad I have a few here. For me though, I think that the biggest benefit to working in the office is that I share a room with a lovely Yamaha grand piano that I get to play anytime I want laugh
