Hi Noel, Thanks so much for the quick turnaround. Your directions were letter perfect and easy to follow. Of course I had done all that, (I thought), and so without a great deal of expectation, I decided to CAREFULLY follow your instructions. Guess what? I had messed up things so that I never would have figured it out without your help. IT WORKS! Of course I am still getting some strange error messages depending on how I select a Hi-Q instrument. ...but As long as it is working, I'll figure out the source of the problems. Are you a tech support guy by any chance? If not, you probably should be. Thanks again. Jazz jazzman1315@yahoo.ocm

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
