Of course I had done all that, (I thought), and so without a great deal of expectation, I decided to CAREFULLY follow your instructions. Guess what? I had messed up things so that I never would have figured it out without your help.

Of course I am still getting some strange error messages depending on how I select a Hi-Q instrument. ...but As long as it is working, I'll figure out the source of the problems.

Are you a tech support guy by any chance? If not, you probably should be.
